It's pulling me in
And I can't defeat it.
This product of sin
And I don't believe it,
Don't know how to swim
Can't even see it.
Diving right in
They expect me to be it.
Darkness surrounds me
Don't know where to start.
Not blind but I can't see
It all fell apart.
Not quite so steady,
Demented and dark.
Whatever, I'm ready
A black, bleeding heart.

When the night is almost over, just before the moon goes down
The wings of waking angels echo softly all around
