What on Earth could be more appeasing Than to care for someone with all your heart And this care is more than just people pleasing This care is set a part
"How come?" you may ask, "what makes it stand out so?" For this person I care for is worth so much more than she will ever know Until the day I take my last breath, I will remind her of her beauty Like a soldier fighting for his freedom, I think of this as my duty
What woman can be as kind and compassionate As the one who heals my heart instead of smashing it I hope she can be mine one day, and I can hold her forever Not having her just isn't right, like birds who have lost all their feathers
I hope she reads this with only positive thoughts I'll care for her forever, whether she cares about me or not She has little faith or knowledge that she is worth such a great deal But this poem should show that the perfect life we both want... could be real
