Why do I weep?
Because the pain inside is too strong to keep
Within my soul;
Created in the name of love and peace.
So I let the rain roll down my cheek
Until it falls to the floor.
Absorbed by the ground that carries my feet
The ground that once held men of no shame, no remorse.
How they lived as they did is shocking and in short:
Hurts deep.
Therefore,
I weep.
