(I don't normally separate my works, but this is one that is better given part by part.)
Part I.
The school hallways, set the modern nightmare.
The fears of young minds, do find their way there.
Tears of these children, still do fill the air.
Judged for looks, weight, style, and hair.
To challenge the Status Quo, not one soul will dare.
For those deemed unlucky, all still is unfair.
Laid out by the trappers, we're caught in these snares.
The fabric of our lives, even a thorn can tear.
Upon the weak and the frail, their pains they will share.
Not one in this place, will show that they care.
