This is to my sister who I wish was here with me right now! 
As I sit and watch the wind play with your golden hair.
I wonder if I have ever really told you ‘I love you’.
And I wonder if you know I care.
I may not be ever so nice to you.
But hey what are big sisters for.
Do you know that you were a miracle sent from above?
Waiting for me to come and play you knock on my door.
You come wake me up from my sad and lonely dreams like a gentle dove.
We argue and fight like two crazy knights.
Saying words that we will wish we never would of said.
But we still love each other by the end of the night
At night we lay and talk about our lives in my bed.
As you fall a sleep in my arms.
Like an angel you lay there so gracefully.
I whisper in you ear all your charms.
And all my love I have for you, fully...
Wishing you were always here.
I lay you down and kiss your head
While saying a quick prayer for you and fighting one last tear.
Tomorrow I will leave you by your bed.
In hopes to come back one day.
Never knowing if I truly will.
Knowing that I will always have your love with me all day.
I pack my bags and say goodbye and have my last meal.
The next time I will see you maybe a year.
But remember me high in the sky with the soaring loving dove.
But never knowing I leave you behind in fear.
