What is it like to be a porcelain doll?
That just sits with it’s beauty and grace.
Hoping not to fall.
Because it might break it’s red blushed face.
Sits there day after day.
Quite as a mouse.
It shines in it’s own way.
Sitting on your shelf in your house.
Waiting to be seen.
By your guest that come by each day.
It sees every angel and every move you make by your being... There each day.
They sit and wait for you to talk.
Wishing they could go on your walk.
But having no ability to move and talk
They sit keeping watch over your every move in hope to some day walk.

Hey this is a really good poem. When I was little I was deathly afraid of porcelin dolls. I swear their eyes move. I still don't allow them in my bedroom. But anyway back to your poem, awesome. Luv ya, Elisha

Thank you tiny. It is sad in a way if you look at it saddly. I didn't think of it that way though. But thank you. It makes me feel good when I hear someone likes it though. -kim
