The camels trekked across the sand, The only life within the land They went in lines, two by two, Destination – Uluru.
Along the way they found a bear, With large black eyes and long gray hair. “Why, hello” a camel said, “Get on my back and ride instead.”
Their parched, dry throats creaked with pain, Wishing for water, time and again. They kept the line, two by two, Destination – Uluru.
They came across a desert dream, Large palm trees and a quiet stream. And although they knew it was not real, It never lost its reclusive appeal.
And at last they reached their goal, Red with glory, brown and gold. Whilst they stayed in line, two by two, Destination – Uluru.
This massive stone that reached up high, It seemed endless against the sky. The dusty rock covered in cracks, The drifting sand covered their tracks.
They stepped back and looked in awe Quieted down by what they saw The line was broken, two by two Destination reached – Uluru.
