The start of a fire begins with a single spark.
As it takes hold of you, you’re captured by its glow.
The glow starts it rapturous song of dance.
As the fire grows and grows its colors of seduction and heat take hold of your heart and soul.
Silently the flames warm you and warn you of the danger it brings. Excitement and fear take hold but still drawn you come closer, till your devoured by its ultimate element of pain and pleasure.
Adamantly begins to dim and burning embers are bright remembrances of what was, and then slowly cool.
A single spark starts the flames all over again.
For the flame starts from within your heart and mind.
Dedicated to the one who keeps my mind, heart, and soul warm at night.
