You took my hand and guided me,
To where I’d never been.
We traveled down the path of love,
Which we stumbled on within.
You taught me how to feed your soul,
As you opened mine and gently showed
The mysteries of such unknown pleasures,
And feelings so divine
We embraced each others hearts & minds,
And cherished each others tender souls.
We held on to what we knew could never be.
If only for a short , sweet time.
Although the hand of wrath was cruel,
It could not rob from us.
What was created on our sweet journey…
Our memories of love.
