Birds sing their mating song,
each song different,
but together all the same.
They sing, just as we sing.
We may not sing in melodies,
or even words,
but we sing just the same.
We sing for freedom,
for justice,
for peace.
We sing for each other.

We sing what we feel.
we sing our emotions.
We each sing a different type of song,
but together,
they're all the same.

expresses who we are.
