Sleeping beside me, silent and cold His heartbeat's forgotten, the pain was so old. When did life leave, was it late in the night? Eyes are wide open yet empty of sight. Heart was still pounding when he took four or five. Need it to live, still not quite alive. Find the right spot, push it in, there! Filling up veins, cutting off air. Lost all his feelings, he lost all his cash, He lost his whole life but it's all in the past. Scream way too loudly, pick up the phone. Dead flesh lies beside me and I'm all alone. Two empty bottles, syringe and bent sp00n Illigal perscriptions, the cops coming soon. Paraphanelia, black plastic bag, Too late the sirens. Life is a drag. He was sleeping beside me before it got cold. Now I'll pay the price for the life that he sold.
