I think I’m starting to forget The way your body felt when it was beside mine Warm and strong, your heart pounding rhythmically into my ear I can hardly remember the way your hand caressed my cheek before you kissed me You lips, the perfect combination of smoothness and firm control I barely can recall the way you smelled after a long day of work A blend of mulch and sticky hotness that only you could have made smell so good Yes, I’m starting to forget the way you moved, the way your voice sounded The way you held my hand while we drove down country roads In your blue sports car The way you made me feel like nothing could ever come between us Yes, I believe that I’ve forgotten
