Distant fields of flowers Sing a song to me Silent words upon my ears

Well, it's not traditional Haiku. But it's great! I like it. Some people find the format too confining or dull. You should try Tanka. You get two extra lines of 7 syllables each! Check out Cinquains. Those are 5 lines of 2,4,6,8,then 2 syllables. Look around and challenge yourself!

I like it, too even if it's not quite in tradition. Yes, do try Tanka and Cinquains...great fun.
