Another poem I just finished writing, its sketchy...wrote it in 5 minutes, so if somethins lookin' odd, reply. This kind of reminds me of something I would submit for a September 11th poem Sitting alone in our rooms full of mourn, torn, and sworn we were fore-warned, we couldn't make much sense, our bodies completely tense, minds so dense and hence.... The death of the loved. We pushed, we shoved. Anything to get through this horrendous crud, we were bewildered, filtered, sheltered and hidden...no one cared if all life was forbidden, we dug we shoveled, we swam and sank... but no one cared if its all just a stupid prank, but in the end the jokes and laughs, soon fell to deafening sorrowful claps. Many tears were shed, blood was bled, hearts were broken, and the words weren't there to be spoken that day, just to be seduced by the silence, and the constant changing of our alliance... We stood up and fought, sat down and thought, we laughed we played, we cried today...because of what? because no one can keep their souls shut, the opening sores of our wounded cut, there to leak and show us pain, slow us down in our boundless brain, prove to us that no ones perfectly sane...but who dare to try and disagree, shall only beg with their innocent plea, wondering when our minds and spirits will finally be...set free.
