It's hard to for those of use who sometimes her voices to ignore them but I have found that the things I hear can be turned or "transformed" into poetry or songs many I write down and burn as a form of release. I guess it helps me survive.
Your poem was amazing I can really connect with it and understand the poem.

Today I might be a king and tommorow a poor man but I will always live my life how I want
